Triggers? is an essay disguised as music: anxious, sharp, funny, furious — and deeply human. It questions the culture around “triggers” while still honoring the reality of trauma and the slow work of recovery.

Sonically, it leans into fractured beats, industrial textures, trip-hop weight, and vocal intimacy — as if the narrator is confessing from inside a crowded city at night.
